Delivery Coverage

We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery may take longer because of:

• Remote or out-of-city locations
• Weekends or public holidays
• Weather conditions
• Courier delays
• Sale periods or high order volume

Order Confirmation

Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed through phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Please provide a correct phone number and complete delivery address.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Incorrect Address or Unsuccessful Delivery

Aura Eyes will not be responsible for delays caused by an incomplete address, incorrect phone number, or the customer being unavailable at the time of delivery.

If a parcel is returned because of incorrect information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.

Damaged Package

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains an incorrect product, please make an unboxing video and contact us immediately. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
