We aim to display product colours, images, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may look slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings, or device displays.

Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to update or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Product Use and Safety

Aura Eyes products are intended for external cosmetic use only.

• Follow the application instructions carefully.
• Avoid direct contact with the inside of the eyes.
• Stop using the product if irritation or discomfort occurs.
• Keep products away from children.
• Do not use products that appear damaged, contaminated, or expired.
• Customers with sensitive skin should perform a small patch test before use.

4. Prices and Offers

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices, bundle offers, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice.

Promotional offers:

• Are valid only during the stated period
• May be subject to stock availability
• Cannot normally be combined unless stated
• May be limited or withdrawn at any time

5. Orders

After placing an order, you may receive a confirmation through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse an order because of:

• Incorrect customer information
• Product unavailability
• Pricing or website errors
• Suspected fraud or misuse
• Unconfirmed Cash on Delivery orders
• Delivery restrictions

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the eligible paid amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

6. Payment

Available payment options will be displayed during checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Orders are generally delivered within 1–2 working days after confirmation, but delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Delays may occur because of courier operations, remote locations, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, damaged, or unsealed cosmetic products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

• Your order number
• Clear pictures of the product and packaging
• A complete unboxing video
• A description of the issue

Claims without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.
